Arrow Capital Management Inc. (“Arrow”) announced today that it is calling a special meeting of unitholders of East Coast Investment Grade Income Fund (TSX: ECF.UN) (the “Fund”) on June 12, 2020 to vote upon a proposal to restructure the Fund as an open-end alternative mutual fund. East Coast Fund Management Inc. (“East Coast”) will continue to be sub-advisor to the Fund.
